Soininen, who is joining the MyGamez board, was at the helm when Small Giant Games signed publishing deal with MyGamez but has since left the company after the acquisition of Zynga by T2 Interactive. He is now focusing on investing in startups with strong growth potential.

MyGamez was established in 2013 with the mission to open the Chinese game market for Western developers. After the major regulatory changes in the market during 2016-2020, the company pivoted to provide China co-publishing service to the top global publishers and its customers now include the likes of Playrix, Zynga studios Small Giant Games and Gram Games, Fingersoft and Nexters, among others.
